OPCO Management Team


Steve Gay, Management Accountant
   
Steve is the Management Accountant and is responsible for the day-to-day capital control within the business. Steve has many years experience of financial management within a multi-national business and has been instrumental in setting up the stringent financial controls within which our business operates.  
     
Neil Armstrong, Commercial Manager
Neil is the Commercial Manager for the overall business and as such provides the essential link between the client, the various OPCO construction Phases and the supporting trade contractors.

 
     
Carl Prosser, Design Manager
As one of two Design Managers, Carl's role is wide ranging from the review of the client brief to design co-ordination and the compilation of final documentation, no technical stone is left unturned. A chartered builder with a masters degree in construction management, Carl has in-depth experience over a broad range of construction project types.
 
     
Michael Cox, Design Manager
As Design Manager, Mike manages the transition of a project from the Clients aspirations to a deliverable project. This role includes taking the brief, assembling the team of external consultants and internal staff, liaising with relevant stakeholders and agencies, managing the bid process and minimising risk. Mike is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years of Design Management.
 
     
Dave Thomas , Purchasing Manager
As Purchasing Manager, David is the key link between Opco and its supply chain of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. With over 10 years experience in both materials and sub-contract procurement, David's role incorporates management of the approved supply chain databases, the establishment of term agreements with key supply chain members and in turn, monitoring the performance of the supply chain to ensure it continues to meet expected performance targets of Opco.
 
     
Liza Rabaiotti, Human Resources
Liza's role within the business is to ensure that the recruitment, retention and development of our staff receives the highest priority within the business. After graduating with a degree in Human Resources, Liza joined a multi-national petro-chemical company before entering the construction industry as Personnel Manager for a regional contractor.
 
     
Alistair Greening, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
The opportunities and company ethos provided by Opco was one reason why Alistair has returned to work in South Wales having previously worked throughout the UK and Europe.

Alistair has taken up the newly created position of Corporate Social Responsibility Manager utilising the experience gained working for a global contractor management organisation and as director for safety, health and environment in an integrated construction contracting company.
